For more than 20 years, Ieva has worked alongside senior leaders in executive, operational, and people-focused environments. Along the way, she learned something that now sits at the heart of KNDRD:

Great hires happen when experience and ability align with personality, ambition, leadership and company culture. That belief led Ieva naturally into recruitment and ultimately to founding KNDRD Industrial Staffing.
Her approach is personal by design. Ieva takes the time to understand the people behind the position, on both sides of the hire. For companies, that means looking beyond a list of qualifications to understand the team, culture and long-term vision. For candidates, it means understanding where they want to go, what motivates them, and where they have the potential to truly thrive.

With degrees in Psychology (BPsych) and Geology (BSc), Ieva brings an unusual combination of analytical thinking, industry understanding, and human insight to recruitment.
Her international and multicultural experience adds another dimension to that perspective. Fluent in English, Lithuanian, Spanish, and Russian, she’s comfortable connecting across cultures, personalities, and communication styles.

Warm, perceptive and genuinely interested in people, Ieva has built KNDRD around relationships rather than transactions. She believes the best recruitment happens when you listen closely, ask better questions, and sometimes see potential that others overlook.
Outside of KNDRD, Ieva is a mom to two, a regular on the yoga mat, and happiest when travelling and experiencing new places and cultures.
